EaBox Privacy Policy

Introduction

EaBox ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EaBox mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The Service operates entirely on your device with no network connectivity.

• No user accounts or registration required
• No personal data is collected
• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No data is sent to any server
• No third-party services are integrated

Local Data Storage

All data managed by the Service is stored exclusively on your device:

• Photos and videos are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the app's private sandbox
• Notes are encrypted and stored locally
• Your PIN, encryption keys, and settings are stored in the iOS Keychain
• App blocking selections are stored locally via iOS Screen Time (FamilyControls) API

Device Permissions

The Service requests device permissions solely for stated functionalities:

• Camera — Only when you tap "Take Photo" to capture images directly into the encrypted vault
• Microphone — Only when you tap "Record" to capture video directly into the encrypted vault
• Photo Library — To import files into the vault, save back to gallery, and optionally delete originals
• Screen Time (FamilyControls) — To enable app blocking. No usage data is collected or monitored

Data Sharing

We do NOT share any data with third parties. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share an individual file.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
